Our aim is to help people connect with their natural creativity, feel good about themselves & improve wellbeing (physically, mentally and emotionally) whilst having fun.

As well as giving participants a physical and creative experience, we aim to create a digital toolkit and creative resources for positive body awareness so that everyone we work with contributes to something of longer term value.

“The arts provide a route to better health and wellbeing while health

provides a route to the arts that can help to overcome persistent inequalities of access.”

The empowering nature of these sessions could be beneficial to those that engage with films/audio/PDFS, as well as adults/familes who are experiencing unemployment, mental health issues, body image issues, or other factors which may make people vulnerable.

Within a body positive and creative space, we aim to build self esteemand spark inspiration whatever participants’ circumstances may be.
